Base: $25.00 - $40.00 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Referral Bonus available; Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Disability 401k match 5 Paid Holidays

Daily travel to service locations in company vehicle
Perform suspension brake HVAC and airbag repairs
Diagnose and repair SRS systems per OEM standards
Program vehicle modules using factory software
Conduct post-collision mechanical inspections
Nice-to-have
EV and Hybrid high voltage certification
Strong customer service communication skills
Flexible Saturday availability required
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

Key Requirements
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Complete I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire
Schedule ASE certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to work rotating Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM
Proficiency with multimeters power probes and resistors
