Job Summary

  • The Regional Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and monitoring safety programs, policies, and procedures that meet all Transport Canada (TDG) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, as well as federal (CEPA) and provincial environmental regulations.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing the Airgas Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System, conducting audits, monitoring the Management of Change (MOC) process, and tracking Critical Safeguards and Preventative Maintenance programs.
  • The role involves formulating safety policies, developing and maintaining compliance permits, leading the WHMIS program, managing safety training, and serving as the Safety Liaison for ASP Field Service at customer job sites.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of E2 Regulations and PSM standards
  • Bilingual in English and French
