Job Summary
The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager is a field-based marketing role within Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP), combining both sales and marketing responsibilities.
Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), and available treatment options including catheter ablation.
Collaborate with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales teams to create and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans that achieve business objectives to expand patient access to care.
