Job Summary

  • The primary focus of this position will be to assist the ED, manage the missing forms workqueue by obtaining missing forms/information for patients who are admitted to the inpatient units, and to assist patients in signing up for and utilizing the MyChart Bedside through LiveWell app.
  • Accurately collects and analyzes all required demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data necessary to register/admit patients from all payer classes.
