Job Summary

  • This role supports the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in a 24x7 Global Network Support Center (GNSC) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Operations Support Cell.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring network events, performing fault analysis, isolating root causes, coordinating corrections, and restoring networks and services to full operation.
  • The position requires supporting rotating shift work, including nights and weekends, and providing 24/7/365 sustainment support for outages and service degradations.
