Provides clinical and administrative supervision after regular business hours, managing hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements.
Makes regular rounds to identify problems and facilitate efficient resolution, reviews reports on hospital activities, and participates in nursing, hospital, and medical staff committees as assigned.
