The Water Service Technician 2 will investigate, analyze, coordinate and respond to service requests and complaints related to Toronto Water and will take appropriate action as required in accordance with divisional policies and procedures

Job Summary

  • The Water Service Technician 2 will investigate, analyze, coordinate and respond to service requests and complaints related to Toronto Water and will take appropriate action as required in accordance with divisional policies and procedures.
  • Responds, assesses and investigates all customer service enquiries related to the operations, maintenance, and/or repairs of water distribution, wastewater collection systems and appurtenances.
  • Ensures that all work is performed in a clean, safe and courteous manner in accordance with the OHSA, City of Toronto safe work practices, other Toronto Water practices including preparing job sites by erecting barricades and traffic control signs.
