15 years diversified management experience
AI/ML system auditing and validation
Internal audit standards and risk frameworks
IT governance frameworks COBIT NIST
Executive communication and stakeholder influence
Nice-to-have
Deep understanding of bias and fairness risks
Experience with MLOps principles
Cloud-based AI/ML platform familiarity
Regulatory engagement with global bodies
Strategic vision for GenAI adoption
Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years management experience in audit or technology
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CRISC
Proven track record working with regulators
Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and SR11-7 regulations
