Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for creating a standardized, scalable approach to program management that ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, accelerates innovation, and drives operational excellence across multiple business units worldwide.
  • The Global Integrated Engineering (GIE) program management COE leader will establish and lead a global Center of Excellence (COE) for GIE Program Management Governance within the GIE organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience

  • Implement standardized program management practices
