Job Summary

  • Provide customer support by performing installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of medical equipment such as MRI/CT, X-ray diagnostic equipment, ultrasound diagnostic equipment, and patient monitors.
  • Understand customer needs over the long term of product usage, and be responsible for explaining maintenance contracts and service details after sales.
  • We are looking for individuals who can continuously improve their skills to provide high-quality service to customers as technicians.
