Job Summary
Execute ongoing compliance monitoring and quality assurance testing, performing process-level and transaction-level reviews to assess adherence to policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate issue tracking and remediation evidence via Management Action Plans (MAPs), documenting control effectiveness, testing results, and conclusions.
Produce clear, professional compliance documentation in English and support preparation of periodic compliance reports for senior management and the Board.

Key Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Exam Management
Direct experience supporting regulatory examinations
Experience with issue management frameworks
Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
