C3EL is seeking a Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Support Technician for its operations at Scott AFB, IL. Job Summary
This Technician will directly support the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in our 24x7 DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC).
Responsibilities include creating/updating/resolving network issues, executing network operations, and working directly with customers to ensure maximum network availability.
The role requires proactive monitoring of network alarms, recording and assessing incident tickets, and performing configuration maintenance on various network components.
