Job Summary
As the Merchandising Team Leader, you will be the Store Team Leader's 'go-to' in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store, focusing on training and coaching your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards.
You will drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, building guest loyalty, and contributing to the store's financial success through analysis and strategic business decisions.
