Job Summary

  • Ensure the requirements of the Customer Statement of Work (SOW) and Program Award are accomplished through a collaborative approach in managing activities of pre-defined resources in a Matrix Environment of multiple Departments.
  • Develop the varied key process element “plans” utilizing the Product Delivery Process (PDP) and traX, including but not limited to: Scope, Cost, Schedule, Human Resources, Communication, Procurement, Quality, Change Management, Safety and Risk.
  • Responsible for and management of overall project deliverables to Baseline Timing commitments, financial measures, performance measures and various Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Technical field
  • 4-9 years of experience
  • Proven Skills in Project, EXCEL, Power Point, Word
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Skilled in Direct Customer / Supplier Experience
  • Skilled in New Product Launch Experience
  • Skilled in Gated Launch Experience
  • Skilled in Automotive OEM Experience
  • Skilled in Negotiation and Public Speaking
  • Skilled in Financial Acumen
  • PMP Certification (Gained or in process)
