Key Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of support experience
  • 6-8+ years working directly with customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Cisco/Juniper certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products
  • Experience with hypervisors
  • Experience with container administration tools
  • Knowledge of at least one computer language
  • Working knowledge in security, authentication, permissions, SSO
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen)
