Job Summary
The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles/populations.
This role requires working in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed by the business and is not remote.
The position involves collaboration with multiple teams including People Experience, Legal, Digital, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure payroll and system functionality.

Payroll claims and repayments management

Off-cycle payroll processing

Good written and verbal English
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
Experience with WFM, E-Time, Workday, ADP, SAP
Certified Payroll Professional designation
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field OR associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
Must be able to work in Costa Rica office
Certified Payroll Professional or similar designation (preferred)
