Job Summary

  • The Pfizer Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll cycles/populations.
  • This role requires working in the Costa Rica office 2-3 days per week or as needed by the business and is not remote.
  • The position involves collaboration with multiple teams including People Experience, Legal, Digital, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure payroll and system functionality.

  • Experience with WFM, E-Time, Workday, ADP, SAP
  • Certified Payroll Professional designation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field OR associate degree with 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Must be able to work in Costa Rica office
  • Certified Payroll Professional or similar designation (preferred)
