JLL is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager to lead a team in optimizing automation control systems across JLL-managed facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC-controlled automation, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years PLC-controlled automation experience
  • 7+ years troubleshooting industrial controls
  • Proven leadership experience directing teams
  • Strong understanding of industrial networks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
  • 5+ years managing automation programs across multiple sites (preferred)
  • Proficiency in advanced control platforms (preferred)
  • Experience with robotics integration (preferred)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent (preferred)
