Job Summary

  • The role involves actively trading Latin American USD-denominated Corporate and Sovereign bond issues with major global credit funds.
  • Candidates will work in close partnership with fixed income sales teams across New York, Europe, Latin America, and Asia to build a first-class customer secondary flow business.
  • Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to a generous employee benefits package.

Must-have

  • Latin American international corporate bond issues
  • USD-denominated Corporate and Sovereign bonds
  • Risk management strategies with CDS and Treasuries
  • Bloomberg, ION Trading, Murex platforms proficiency
  • Experience with major global credit funds

  • Strong experience in teaching junior traders
  • Hungry and highly motivated individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Respected by institutional investors
  • Familiarity with London-based Credit funds

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Physical Sciences
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience as a market-maker
  • FINRA SIE and Series 7 licenses required
  • Fluent in English
  • Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. required
