  • Manage the stage management of our Cast members in high-volume multi-restaurant complexes in Hotels, ensuring efficient and safe operations while guiding an immersive Guest experience.
  • Provide outstanding Guest service standards, recognize/coach Cast behaviors, and manage the business while maintaining connection to the rich history and heritage of Disney Hotels.
  • Inspire and develop a diverse team, acting as a teacher and developer who recognizes cast members and holds them accountable for delivering excellence with the Five Keys.
