Must-have
3-5 years experience in customer service or logistics
Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft tools
Strong understanding of spare parts sales and logistics
Ability to handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
Nice-to-have
Experience in multinational or matrixed environment
Background in automation, supply chain or engineering sectors
Familiarity with compliance standards and internal controls
Chinese language proficiency

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in relevant fields
