The incumbent is responsible for monitoring infection control practices, conducting rounds for case findings, and ensuring proper isolation precautions are followed.
This position requires assisting in the development of employee health services, including counseling, vaccination programs, and TB management protocols.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current active RN license required
Knowledge of CDC and OSHA regulations
Experience with infection control protocols
Ability to conduct environmental sanitation rounds
Proficiency in microbiological report analysis
Nice-to-have
APIC certification in infection control preferred
PCC knowledge preferred
Strong rapport building with department directors
Experience in long-term care facilities
Key Requirements
Nursing degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience preferably in long term care
Current unencumbered active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
Working knowledge of epidemiology and infectious diseases
