Base: $41.45 hourly rate per CBA; Bonus/Equity: Up to 6% payout on service agreement sales; Benefits: Provided through local labor union

Key Requirements
Member or willing to join United Association union
Minimum 12 years HVAC practical experience
Universal EPA refrigerants license
Valid driver’s license
Ammonia and hydrocarbon safety certification
Pass knowledge examination
Experience with large tonnage chiller VSDs and OEM control systems
