Job Summary
The Associate Vice President for Human Resources will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to the University of Chicago while driving the 'HR Next' transformation project.
This role involves leading approximately 40 HR professionals and influencing distributed operations across recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the President, Provost, and Board of Trustees to establish the University as an employer of choice.
