Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC/R system maintenance and repair
Facility mechanical and electrical systems
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Use of CMMS systems such as Corrigo
Energy efficient equipment operation
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Trades school or apprenticeship experience
Ability to perform call-in work
Strong troubleshooting skills
Multi-skilled in electrical and plumbing
Key Requirements
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical experience in building engineering
Valid state driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
