Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards
Proficiency in Oracle Sub Ledger Accounting systems
Experience with offshore support models
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Spotfire, Tableau, or Cognos analytics
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud platforms and Workday
Experience in process re-engineering and automation
Understanding of Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials
Ability to drive thought leadership and decision-making
Key Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance or MBA
6-8 years progressive experience in accounting operations
Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Experience maintaining strong control environments
