Salary

Base: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary and formulaic incentive awards available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life, accident, disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • 3+ years previous mortgage sales experience
  • Residential Mortgage experience required
  • Established book of business
  • Proven product sales capability
  • FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred

Nice-to-have

  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Expertise in general lending products
  • Knowledge of fair lending laws
  • Ability to explain financial calculations
  • Compliance with RESPA regulations

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Register as mortgage loan originator with NMLS
