Air Products is seeking a Collections Consultant fluent in Polish and English for their Shared Delivery Center in Barcelona. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong customer service skills to manage and resolve customer balances efficiently.

Job Summary
Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer balances according to Air Products’ Credit & Collections policies.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales Representatives, and customers to resolve disputes, payment issues, and credit hold situations.
We offer a multicultural environment in our Barcelona office with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home 3 days per week.
