  • Affiancherai il top management delle più importanti realtà finanziarie a livello italiano ed europeo, in progetti di trasformazione del business dei principali players in ambito Asset & Wealth Management attraverso l’efficientamento e la reingegnerizzazione dei processi interni.
  • Supporterai in progetti di consulenza riguardanti il process improvement, l’analisi di dettaglio dei processi, l’identificazione delle potenziali aree di efficientamento e di soluzioni tecnologicamente avanzate al fine di migliorare la gestione operativa dei processi.
  • Aiuterai la clientela ad esplorare nuove opportunità di business principalmente nell’ambito Operations.
