Job Summary

  • This position works closely with the construction and development teams to identify and complete warranty-related repairs, assist with punch lists, and ensure new units meet quality and performance standards prior to resident move-in.
  • As the community stabilizes, Maintenance Technicians will continue to support the property by addressing warranty requests, troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and performing light repairs as needed.
  • The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states.
