The Order Operations Specialist is responsible for executing the order operations process through partnering with Operations managers, sales account, and project managers, including all aspects of Customer Order Fulfillment backlog management and execution.
Key responsibilities include planning and proactively managing the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection, establishing communication with appropriate individuals, and optimizing sales transfers.
