Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding blood/body fluid exposure, equipment usage, and the maintenance of resident privacy and dignity.
