A Senior Project Manager manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through project completion while supporting the regional Program Manager with quoting, selling, planning, vendor management and budgeting phases.
They are responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive an exceptional customer experience while delivering upon key performance objectives including Revenue, Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction and Schedule.
Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of construction, construction management and project management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders representing all areas of the business.
