  • Process Engineer will lead projects, process improvement, and characterization activities that support the manufacturing process of the Intraocular Lenses and Cartridges operation.
  • The Engineer will possess a high degree of technical competence and project management skills to successfully lead their assigned projects and extended cross-functional team members.
  • Role is responsible for problem identification, reporting, root cause analysis, project management, financial analysis, efficiency or productivity improvement, reporting, and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Material Science with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree in engineering with 1+ year of experience
  • Project management experience in an engineering environment
  • 2+ years’ experience in an engineering function in FDA environment
  • Six Sigma certification or extensive experience
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
