Job Summary
Co-develop digital training modules, co-animate the internal e-learning community, and ensure monthly KPI tracking for the internal training application.
Participate in the design of style training tools, organize sales training programs and style workshops, and assist Style Expert Managers with performance indicator creation and tracking.
Maintain display and organize training rooms in line with the Maison's image and participate in the organization of seminars and events, benefiting from an integration program and a Young Talents Community.
