Job Summary

• Support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture through individualized solutions and outstanding guest service.
• Ensure products are easy to see and buy, build sales through product knowledge, maintain a clean environment, and grow guest loyalty and repeat business.
• Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, assist with training, provide feedback, and ensure associates are aligned with company expectations.
