Job Summary

  • Coordinates the activity of the team under its supervision, defining and assigning shift activities, verifying their completion, and utilizing human resources and equipment to meet the production plan while respecting Good Pharmaceutical Practices.
  • Monitors the achievement of performance indicators, proposing measures to eliminate deficiencies in the technological flow concerning costs and reporting all deviations.
  • Provides training and motivation to the team, directly involved in the change control system within the department.
