Job Summary

  • The Senior Counsel, US Employment will provide proactive, practical, clear and timely day-to-day advice to the HR team and internal business partners across all business units on a wide variety of US employment issues.
  • Advise on issues associated with mixed 1099/W2 work force, including drafting/reviewing of 1099/contingent worker contracts, providing guidance to various stakeholders, including business units and HR, and developing processes to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from accredited law school preferred
  • Active license to practice law
  • 6+ years of experience
