Job Summary
The Senior Counsel, US Employment will provide proactive, practical, clear and timely day-to-day advice to the HR team and internal business partners across all business units on a wide variety of US employment issues.
Advise on issues associated with mixed 1099/W2 work force, including drafting/reviewing of 1099/contingent worker contracts, providing guidance to various stakeholders, including business units and HR, and developing processes to ensure compliance.

Base: $142,750 - $234,438 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: competitive bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time annually, and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP
