Be involved in hiring processes for your own team and potentially assist peers, as well as being responsible for the onboarding process of new engineers.
Redesign how engineering work ships with autonomous agents as the default execution layer, proposing and operationalizing agentic workflows end-to-end.

Key Requirements
Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6 and Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)

Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles
