Job Summary
The role involves developing custom or derivative processes to meet specific customer needs while running Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize process margins.
Candidates will be responsible for identifying and resolving process integration issues, monitoring Out-of-Control (OOC) parameters, and maintaining good CPK for equipment and technology.
The position requires liaising with Customer Engineers to resolve technical concerns and documenting new processes while supporting implementation of process change requests.
