This two-year graduate program is designed to build the next generation of digital, data, and technology innovation leaders at argenx.
Participants will contribute from day one to enterprise-level transformation initiatives across Digital Technology, Data & AI, Quality, Tech Ops, Development, and Commercial domains.
The role offers four six-month rotations combined with continuous participation in an Accelerate 2030 Innovation Pod to ensure both breadth of exposure and depth of ownership.
