Job Summary
Responsibilities · Lead and supervise Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Engineering Assistants, Technicians, and Operators to achieve departmental goals and objectives
· Ensure consistent machine uptime and adequate manpower planning to support continuous R&D and Mass Production (MP)operations
· Evaluate new machine technologies to supportcustomer product roadmaps and prepare technical evaluation reports
