Job Summary

  • Define and evolve Nitro’s benefits strategy, partnering with our Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact third-party perks that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead go-to-market for the Nitro third-party benefits program, developing and continuously refining the program’s value proposition, shaping how we position it to users, and driving launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize program performance, running partner reviews, producing case studies, and scaling best practices to grow engagement and renewals.
