Job Summary

• Manages Commercial Print sales, service, and distribution of the organization's products and services within the Midwest States Region through assigned sales representatives and sales office activities.
• Achieve and exceed all Region revenue, profit and expense objectives by expanding key strategies and maintaining a high level of performance with current customers as well as identifying and developing new opportunities.

Salary

Base: $102,800 to $164,400 / year; Bonus/Equity: Participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program; Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of sales management experience
• Experience with print or print related services desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
