** AstraZeneca is seeking a Head of OBU Pricing & HEOR to develop and implement pricing and access strategies for their products in China. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in health economics, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. **

Job Summary

  • Develop and execute company-level pricing and access strategies for all on-market brands and new assets, with strategic coverage spanning from early clinical phases (PH1) through post-launch, to ensure effective launch, lifecycle management, and value optimization.
  • Develop and implement payer evidence strategies by collaborating with R&D, Medical, and Early Commercial teams, oversee health economic research projects to support reimbursement, policy advocacy, hospital access, and promotional initiatives, and provide expert advice on NRDL health economic evaluation rules.
  • Build and develop high-performing and diverse team with strong talent pipeline.
