• As a Business Analyst, you will be the link between client needs and our development teams, analyzing collective agreements and transforming them into concrete functionalities in our payroll and HR management software.
• Your main responsibilities include interpreting collective agreements, collaborating closely with development and support teams, participating in the design and continuous improvement of our Payroll and HR software, and performing key validations.
