The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes and equipment, achieving performance targets, ensuring a safe work environment, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting quality improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support cost‑reduction efforts through process improvement, material usage optimization, first‑pass yield improvements, and automation.

Manufacturing environment experience required

Process engineering experience in Wire & Cable is an advantage
Hands-on wire and cable experience highly preferred
