Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Btech, BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Strong Technical background in JAVA / J2EE, Micro services applications; DevOps; Agile; PaaS
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered development tools
  • Proven ability to effectively prompt and interact with AI assistants
  • Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code
  • Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows
  • Experience in J2EE technologies such as JDK 1.8, Spring Framework, Tibco BW
  • Hands-on development experience on Java & modernization technologies
  • Good Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOPS
  • Proven experience managing staff and function transition
  • Technology Migration project exposure
