The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring the highest degree of quality care.
Key responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
