Job Summary
The Mechanical Service Information Developer creates and maintains mechanical service repair and replacement procedures that support vehicle serviceability, warranty cost avoidance, and successful vehicle launches.
This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality service information for Global and GM North America vehicle programs.
The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at the Warren Tech Center at least three days per week.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and/or Arbortext
Experience with CAD visualization techniques
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
