Key Requirements

  • 8+ years operational leadership in payments, fintech, or regulated financial services

  • Strong understanding of payment rails and fraud/monitoring tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of ~15+ people
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
